This policy explains how you can cancel, when you can get a refund, and how we deliver our services. It applies to payments made to Byteshark Private Limited, including online payments processed by Razorpay.

02Cancelling a monthly plan
- Monthly plans (Launch, Pro and Premium) renew at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@byteshark.in. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please tell us at least 7 days before your renewal date.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We will finish and deliver the work included in that cycle.
03Refunds
Because our work is custom and starts quickly, refunds are limited to these situations:
- Before work starts: if you cancel within 48 hours of paying and before we have held your kick-off call or started work, we will refund the payment in full.
- After work has started: fees for the current billing cycle, or for project milestones already started, are non-refundable, because time and resources have been committed to your project.
- If we can’t deliver: if we are unable to deliver work you have paid for, we will refund the fees for the undelivered part.
- Duplicate or failed payments: if you are charged twice or charged for a failed transaction, we will refund the extra amount in full.
- Custom projects: any deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. Further refund terms are set out in your proposal.
Unhappy with a deliverable? Tell us. Every plan includes revision rounds, and we would much rather fix the work than leave you unhappy.
04How refunds are paid
- To request a refund, email hello@byteshark.in with your name, invoice or payment ID and the reason.
- We will reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Once processed, refunds usually reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Taxes, such as GST, are refunded in line with the applicable rules. Bank or currency conversion charges may not be refundable.
05How we deliver our services
We provide digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically.
- After payment, we contact you within 2 business days to schedule a kick-off call and collect your brief and assets.
- Creative deliverables are usually delivered within 7–10 business days of receiving a complete brief, often sooner. Websites usually take 1–3 weeks.
- Deliverables are sent digitally, by email, a shared drive link or directly to your ad accounts or website, as agreed.
- Timelines depend on the scope and on you sharing feedback and approvals on time. We will tell you promptly about any delay.
